The NV Mumm is a harmonious very dry Champagne with bright acidity, good texture, and persistent bubbles. It exudes flavors of green apple, pear, apricot, white peach, citrus, toast, nuts, smoke, and stones. Pair it with Cantonese lobster, shellfish, hors d'oeuvres or salads.
