Gary Farrell Winemaker, Theresa Heredia, crafted this blend of prime Chardonnay vineyards that captures the richness, purity and elegance that are trademarks of Gary Farrell. It is a wonderful expression of Russian Rive Valley Chardonnay. Velvety, rich, and toasty, fresh, and elegant, with gorgeous structure, crisp acidity and depth. The vibrant palate features apple, honey, apricot, peach, nectarine, honey, lime, grapefruit, pressed mint leaves and lemongrass. The finish is lengthy and smooth. Try with roast chicken or cod in cream sauce.
