Tasting Notes: Green Apple, Lemon, White Flowers, Stone
This Riesling was the first planted in the Barolo area in the 1980's using cuttings from Alsace, Palatinate, and the Rhein. The beautiful aromas of peach, white flowers, wet stone, lemon and a touch of honey carry over to the bone dry palate. The acidity is surprisingly fresh and balanced while the long finish carries solid minerality to refresh your palate. A great food wine.
