Grape: Aligote (Burgundy's other white grape)

Clean and fresh. Medium gold in color with medium acidity and body. The palate features an array of flavors such as grilled lemon, pear, green apple, crisp minerality, grapefruit, and stone. The finish is medium in length. Enjoy this wine with fresh seafood, pasta in white sauce, crunchy greens, or fried food.
