The 2008 Brut Millésimé spent eight years sur lattes. Crisp acidity, tiny bubbles, rich texture and great finesse. Deep flavors of stone fruits, fresh red berries, biscuit, lemon peel, kumquat, smoky minerality and ground ginger. Pair it with roast chicken.
