This Niagara Peninsula appellation wine is brilliantly sweet concentrated honeyed bliss that's well balanced and full bodied with bright acidity. The elegant palate features densely layered flavors of honey, mango, peach, apple skin, apricot, and caramel with a touch of hazelnut. The finish is long and luscious. Pairs well with spicy Thai spring rolls, fruit crêpes, or creme brulee.
