Jayson - the wine - is smooth, intensely full bodied with excellent balance and structure, well intergrated tannins and bright acid. Very Bordeaux like flkavors of blackberry, plum, cherry, oak, leather, chocolate, smoke, earth, and tobacco permeate the palate. it begs for a dry aged porterhouse.
