The 2018 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir features balanced acidity and fine tannins, with medium + acidity, medium body and medium tannin. On the palate, the wine presents strawberry, raspberry, cherry, plums, fig, earth, oak, and tobacco with subtle hints of exotic spice and toast. Try with spice encrusted pork chops.
