Grape: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Red friuts, Earth, Mushroom, Oak
For more than 35 years, this family-owned and operated winery has focused exclusively on cool-climate appellations. La Crema Winery has been a pioneer in producing Burgundian varietals. They handcraft their wine, one barrel at a time.
The La Crema Willamette Pinot has an old world vibe and is more complex than their Sonoma bottling. It is balanced and savory and has silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a light+ body. The nuanced palate provides flavors of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, vanilla, earth, leather, spice, mushroom, and minerals. Serve it with grilled salmon fillets.
