Le Haut Medoc d'Issan  is the third label of Chateau d'Issan. This wine is made from fruit grown on plots 5 km (3 miles) west of the estate beside the vineyards of other Classed Growths. 

Haut Medoc d'Issan is medium-bodied, balanced, soft and fresh with elegant, fully integrated tanins. Flavors of black fruits, tobacco, earth, leather, and oak present themselves. Serve with steak frites.
