Made by a sister and brother winemaking team from a multi generational Burgundy wine producing family. They use a mix of carbonic and traditional maceration. 25% of the final blend is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 9 months. Pleasant acidity, light soft tannins, medium body and a nice finish.
