Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: Blackberry, Raspberry, Leather, Mint
The region of Shomron, while not as well-known as some other wine regions in Israel, is actually home to some of its most important vinicultural heritage. With climate conditions very similar to the southern coastal regions of France, grapes grown here are most often of the classical French varietals. Lewis Pasco Liquidity is a classic Cabernet. Big and fruit forward, with lots of depth, bold tannins and juicy acidity. Red and black fruits abound, with leather and earthy undertones, and a slightly herbal finish providing a fully engrossing tasting experience. This wine will age quite well also, perhaps reaching peak maturity in two to three years.
