Grape: 60% Mouvedre, 20% Grenache, 20% Pinot Noir

The Llopart winery has been in existence since 1385 and have been making Cava since 1887. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied rosé cava delivers bright, red-fruit flavors and peach notes with vibrant, medium-plus acidity. It's well structured with creamy and minerally texture, along with delicate tannins.  Finishes crisp with good acidity. Try with salmon or a savory onion and leek tart or assorted party hors d'oeuvres.
