Perhaps the most classic of all Chardonnays on the globe, the 2020 Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuisse shows delicious core fruit flavors and finishes with refreshing crispness. Flavors of peach, apple, and grapefruit mingle with hazelnut and toasted almonds lingering finish. Goes very well with shellfish, fish, and poultry in cream sauce.
