François Ducrot was born and raised in Burgundy. He graduated in 2006 as a trained oenologist. All his wines are organic, vegan, low or free of sulphites and as natural as possible. François sources his fruit from three organic farmers working in Languedoc.  

After 15 days fermenting on its skins, the Auguste is aged in steel tanks to preserve its fresh, fruity profile. This "Orange" wine is silky, complex, crisp, and even a bit tannic. It provides flavors of apricot, orange, honeysuckle, and peach with a light funk. A really fun and versatile wine that pairs well with pastas, seafood and risotto.
