Grape: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Peach, Toasted Bread, White Peppercorn
The grapes are hand-harvested and cold macerated before being gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks. The wine is aged on the yeasts in bottle for at least 24 months. The result is a brightly pink-colored rosé sparkling wine with aromas of wild berry, toasted bread, dried fruit and ground white peppercorn. There's personality and intensity here and the wine washes clean over the palate thanks to its bright effervescence.
