Jean Marc Barthez, his wife Eliane and their children work their property and their vineyards with the greatest attention and experience of generations of winemakers. This wine has a great body but is more zesty than lush. The chalky, mineral notes of the terroir really come through. Vinified in all stainless steel with a light 12% alcohol.
