Siblings, Rob Mondavi Jr. and Dina Mondavi have collaborated to produce simply delicious expressions of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon in keeping with the traditions of the Mondavi family.

This Emblem Cab Sauv embraces a modern style. It's sourced primarily from the family’s Oso ranch and is elegant, structured, well balanced, rich, supple, and medium plus-bodied with a velvety tannin and fresh acidity. The soft and layered palate exudes flavors of black cherry, boysenberry, chocolate-covered espresso bean, and violets with just a touch of cinnamon, mint, and sage lying underneath. Will pair well with steak ands soft enough for poultry.
