Ripe grapes from the hillsides of prestigious Valdobbiadene are fermented into fresh white wine. Then a secondary fermentation is done in tank creating a refreshing effervescence. Mionetto Prosecco is Brut in style, light in body and well-balanced with refeshing acidity. The mousse is creamy and it finishes very dry and clean. The fresh palate provides flavors of green apple, pear, mineral, lemon, peach, and vanilla. Terrific on its own or goes well as a Mimosa or in an Aperol Spritz.
