Mollydooker is a family owned and operated winery, established in 2005, and based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The name Mollydooker is Aussie slang for a left-handed person. Mollydooker’s wines have been praised globally. Its Carnival of Love Shiraz has also been listed a record three times in Wine Spectator’s Top 10 Wines in the World.

Dry, medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, full bodied, with voluptuous texture and a long, smooth yet complex finish. The palate features flavors of spiced plums, blackberry, blueberry, oak, licorice, baking spices, pepper, vanilla, coffee and a touch of menthol. Pair with meat such as a steak burrito or a meat lover's pizza.
