Tasting notes: Fruity, Raspberry, Fresh, Citrusy
David Henault became Chief Winemaker at the Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte in 2011. He took over the role from Jean-Pierre Vincent, having worked at his side for seven years. The brand has access to more than 2,250 hectares of cooperative vineyards; all grapes, which are made up of 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 50% Pinot Meunier, are hand harvested.
The Rose is 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay. It's fruity yet dry and makes for a wonderful and cheery aperitif.
