Tasting Notes: Blackberry, Cherry, Vanilla, Spice
Parduccci is Mendocino's original winery, founded in 1932. Today Parducci Wine Cellars continues to be family-owned and operated by three generations of the Thornhill family.
This wine is light and fresh. Grown on Mendocino County’s famous benchland vineyard, it's medium bodied with balanced acidity. It is very expressive on the nose and palate with blackberry, plum, coffee, black pepper, vanilla, strawberry, cherry, and cranberry with baking spice and subtle vanilla notes. Perfect for barbeques and will even pair well with fried chicken.
