Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, Pineapple, Mineral, Lime
Established in 2005 by Tal Pelter. this Israeli boutique winery is based in the settlement of Ein Zivan, an Israeli settlement and Kibbutz in the Golan Heights.
Coming from 2 vineyards; the northern Golan Heights and the Jerusalem Hills; the Pelter Unwooded Chardonnay is clean, very balanced with good acidity and light to medium body. It exudes flavors of tropical fruits, minerals, kiwi, honey, citrus and peach. The finish is smooth and long. Great as a summer sipper or pair with cheese stuffed chicken breasts.
