Maison Pierre Sparr was established by the Sparr family in 1680 in the desirable Haut Rhin region of Alsace, France. Today quality remains Pierre Sparr’s primary focus and the winery consistently exceeds AOC guidelines. All their grapes are sustainably farmed.
The palate is light and frothy, with easy freshness. Dry and medium bodied, with pronounced flavors of crisp citrus, red apple, stone fruits, and a hint of bread dough. With time in the glass, it opens further to a complex sparkling brut, finishing with a long aftertaste.
