Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Brut is a classic, well-structured, and fruit forward sourced from 100 different villages in Champagne. It's crisp and clean, with a bouquet of orchard fruits, toasted bread, and a touch of minerality. The palate is juicy and rich showing flavors of black cherry, apple, pear, toast point, white peach, cherry, and hazelnut leading to a mineral driven finish. Sole Véroniqu is a dish which this wine would partner well.
