The estate PRINZ VON HESSEN in Johannisberg in the Rheingau is one of the leading Riesling producers of Germany and is an original member of the regional Association of German Predicate Wine Estates' (VDP) Rheingau. Their focus is now on mainly dry-styled wines from the Riesling variety. 

The Hessenstein Riesling is clear, clean, dry, with high acidity, medium body and medium finish. It provides flavors of citrus, grapefruit, apple, peach, pear, minerals, flint, honey, wet stone and peach. It will match well with spiicy dishes or Sashimi or lemon rissotto.
