Grape: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Cherry, Strawberry, Vanilla, Earth
Raeburn is an Olde English term which means “the river where one goes to drink.” So, it’s fitting that Raeburn’s expressive, beautifully balanced wines begin in the heart of the Russian River Valley where some of the world’s finest Burgundy grapes are grown.
Smooth medium tannins, well balanced, and very subtle and light. The palate shows stunning fruit flavors of lush wild blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, cherry, raspberry, as well as notes of earth, and vanilla, with undertones of roasted hazelnut. The finish is graceful and sophisticated.Pair with short ribs on mushroom risotto or fresh salmon sashimi.
