You can find Israel’s most striking vineyards in the Upper Galilee. Located in Israels Hefer Valley in Upper Galilee, the Recanati Winery is owned by Lenny Recanati, a native of Israel with ancestral roots stretching back to Italy.

The Recanati Chardonnay is aged half in oak and half in stainless steel which provides the best of both worlds. Fresh, clean and creamy with aromas and flavors of vanilla, lemon, and hazelnut.  Medium to medium plus body, medium acidity and a soft finish.
