Though limited in quantity, Red Tail Ridge Dry Riesling, is a highly regarded wine, having won numerous awards. the 2017 Dry Riesling Estate has flavors of limestone, white peaches, crisp pears, lemon curd, yellow apples. orange blossom and pineapple. There's just a hint of sugar around the edges, but not much. Minerality comes mid-palate with a puckering acidity that elongates and lengthens the finish.
