Grape: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Cherry, Spice, Mushroom, Mineral
Résonance is Maison Louis Jadot's first wine project outside of Burgundy. The Résonance project is led by famed Jadot Winemaker, Jacques Lardière, who has 42 years of experience in winemaking in Burgundy.
From un-grafted vines first planted in 1981, this single vineyard bottling shows the elegance and complexity Oregon Pinot Noirs are famous for. It provides bright acidity, soft tannins, and is well balanced with medium body. The harmonious palate provides flavors of cherries, currants, cranberry, spice, mineral, forest floor, and light herb notes. Pairs well with poultry or red meat, as well with heavier seafood and roasted vegetables.
