The Bocking family has passed down the tradition of winemaking through many generations. The younger generation has put an emphasis on natural viticulture and production and the wines were first introduced to the U.S. market in 2013.
Winemaker Simon Tros crafts this wine from grapes from the mid-Mosel and vinifies and ages the wine in stainless steel. It is fruit-forward with a nice body, while still being fresh and bright.
