Since 1624 the Böcking Family has been devoted to producing wines of the highest quality. Bocking is all about minerals and crisp acidity and this Riesling is no exception. 

This is a deeply mineral yet refreshingly, slightly off-dry easy-drinking wine balancing savory notes of crushed slate and honeycomb against pristine citrus, stone fruit, apple and melon flavors. It's medium bodied with a moderately long but cleansing finish. Pair with ham, poultry, sausage, and spicy food.
