Grape: 50% Grenache, 50% Cinsault

Tasting notes: Raspberry, Strawberry, White Peach, Pink Grapefruit

This blend of Cinsault and Grenache has everything a Provencal Rosé should: delicacy, dryness and drinkability! It was fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel, to preserve all of its freshness and brightness.

A nose of white peach and strawberry-raspberry. In the mouth, pretty lively pink grapefruit, blending into the roundness of summer fruits for a nice balance between fruit and minerality. The perfect summer wine to share in the shade.
