Christopher Santini is a gifted winemaker based in Auxey-Duresses. All his wines are vinified with native yeast and have no sulfur added until bottling. No other additives or manipulations are used at any time and the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This Kermit Lynch imported Bourgogne is polished, balanced, light bodied, and smoothly textured, yet complex. It exhibits flavors of raspberry, baking spices, and violets and has a long, silky finish. A good match for turkey or pork.
