Always one of the top rated California sparkling wines, Schramsberg hits the mark once again with the 2019 Blanc de Blanc. With over 100 years of history, why would you expect otherwise?

This vintage is firm and clean, with  baked bread, green apple, freshly sliced peaches, and pear flavors and savory, chalk-like notes from aging on the lees. It’s medium in body, has tantalizing acidity and a lingering finish. While this wine can be enjoyed by itself as an apéritif, it is also perfect with fresh oysters, crab cakes, lemon chicken and Thai curries.
