Powerful, dry, full bodied, wonderfully balanced, and complex with grippy tannins, juicy acidity and a long, luscious finish. The vibrant palate features classic California Cabernet Sauvignon flavors of black and red fruit, oak, vanilla, leather, earth, tobacco, and smoke. Pair it with a lightly-seasoned, grilled ribeye.
