Soto is an award winning, all natural, gluten free, super-premium Junmai Daigingo sake using finely polished specialty rice and pristine mountain water from the Niigata prefecture in Japan. There's even pretty cool packaging from New York-based designer Joe Doucet who created an equally alluring bottle for this very tasty sake.
Soto has an easy drinking, smooth, round, soft, very clean and slightly creamy mouthfeel. It has an elegant aroma and a smooth taste of fresh red apple, cucumber, minerals, radish, and hint of lime zest, with a medium dry finish. Serve chilled and enjoy straight, in cocktails, or while dining on sushi or sashimi.
