Tasting Notes: Tangerine, Dried Apricot, Honeycomb, Earth
Wild fermented, using apples grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York, Pet-Nat from South Hill Cider is sublime expression of the character of the regional terroir. “Pet-Nat” stands for “Pétillant Naturel,” which means the fermentation finishes in the bottle. What results is a cider that is fresh and aromatic, with natural effervescence and a delicate floral bouquet. Notes of citrus, natural honey, and dried fruit. It makes an excellent aperitif, or pairing with charcuterie and cheese.
