Stafford Hill is the 'second label' of famed Holloran Vineyard Wines, and is an outstanding value for handcrafted, small production wines. The Stafford Hill wines are produced from the same vineyard sources and use the same hands-on, traditional winemaking approach as the Holloran wines.  

Made in the style of traditional Burgundy, the wine is balanced, fresh, and structured with food-friendly acidity and easy tannins. The smooth palate features flavors of red cherry, strawberry, cranberry, forest floor, earth, and, mushrooms, with light oak and a hint of cola. The finish is quite focused & medium in length. A nice match for roast chicken, pork chops and most seafood.
