The Terres Dorees Rose is a direct-press 100% Gamay rosé from the most productive vines in Brun’s estate vineyards. It's dry, balanced, and medium to full-bodied yet delicate with medium acidity. The refreshing and silky palate exudes flavors of strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, grapefruit, orange zest, and red apple with mineral notes. Pair it with sautéed shrimps and vegetables or sweet-and-sour pork ribs.
