Grape: 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, and 10% Corvinone
Tasting Notes: Dried Cherry, Black Licorice, Tobacco, Vanilla
For three generations, the Tezza family have been dedicated winegrowers. Grandparents Giovanni and Virginia launched the family vineyard operation in 1960, and their children, Paolo, Giuseppe, and Renzo carried the family into winemaking. This Amarone is rich and definitely a wine to savor. Great with grilled meats and full flavored cheeses. Amarone is made from dried (passito) grapes, which increases the richness, complexity, and body of the wines.
