After working closely with some of the Central Coast’s trailblazing winemakers, including Jim Clendenen and Bob Lindquist, Josh Klapper, previouslya successful sommelier, founded La Fenêtre Wines in Santa Barbara County, which in 2016 became TIMBRE Winery. Opening Act - The first band to take the stage. Mission Ranch, planted in 1961, is among the first arrivals to the California Pinot Noir stage. This wine shows why the vineyard is still going strong more than 50 years later.
2019 was a fantastic vintage for Pinot Noir. This bottling from Mission Ranch, is full of character with no pretenson.
