The wine is packed with really complex flavors and aromas of dark plums, blackberries, dark chocolate, pepper, licorice, oak, and black cherry. The texture is silky with precisely defined tannins. Full bodied with an exceptionally long finish. It will drink beautifully with roast beef or sharp cheddar.
