Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes: Black Currant, Blackberry, Eucalyptus, Oak
This was the first red wine produced in Margaret River and has been made every year since 1972. This Cabernet is classic Margaret River, balancing power and structure with complexity and poise. Flavors of cranberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, oak, graphite, herbs, and mushroom elevate the palate. Full-bodied with balanced acidity and firm tannin. Excellent length and cellaring potential. Think grilled red meat like lamp or steak.
