The wine is made from two of Italy's most famous red grape varieties. Sangiovese is well know for its fine balance of acid and tannins, Montepulciano has the lighter palate weight, and adds a roundness to the blend. The wine has an intense bouquet, with remarkably juicy red fruit flavors.
