Grapes: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Raspberry, Spice, Pink Grapefruit
Similar in proportions as the Yellow Label, it includes 12% red wine for color and added fruit character. It’s a Burgundian Pinot Noir posing as a serious Champagne. You'll enjoy a medium to full-bodied, well-balanced, complex, yet charming palate that's exhibiting a frothy mousse and a brief but nicely defined spicy finish. Try with duck or a rare tuna steak.
