Grapes: 51% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier
Tasting Notes: Cherry, Spice, Earth, Strawberry
Pinot noir dominates the blend, of which 14% was red wine made specifically for this product and it's the first Vintage to be aged in wood barrels (5%). This is a powerful Rosé, full-bodied, structured, complex, and well balanced with velvety tannins and vivacious acidity. The energetic palate features flavors of cherry, strawberry, earth, saffron, and peppery notes with hints of grapefruit peel and brioche.
Similar in proportions as the Yellow Label, it includes 12% red wine for color and added fruit character. It’s a Burgundian Pinot Noir posing as a serious Champagne. You'll enjoy a medium to full-bodied, well-balanced, complex, yet charming palate that's exhibiting a frothy mousse and a brief but nicely defined spicy finish. Try with duck or a rare tuna steak.
