Their Caya Cabernet Franc is rich, elegant, balanced, concentrated, and full bodied with velvety tannins, nice complexity, and great intensity. The palate delivers dark cherry, fig, toasted oak, dark chocolate, licorice, sweet spice, and earthy notes. This wine pairs beautifully with burgers, lamb, pheasant, chicken, veal or mushroom dishes.
